Just when you thought they couldn’t think of another place to illuminate with those crafty little LED’s… Oh yeah, this is a drain for a shower.  “Whaaaat” you say, “electricity underfoot in a shower?”  Not to worry my dear friend this is even cooler than it looks!Ever heard of hydro-electric power?  Same concept on a much smaller scale.  As adequate water runs over the the LED light packs under the drain grate the circuit connects causing illumination.  No water, no light.ACO has taken their years of worldwide experience building the beefier trench drains in heavy duty construction projects, like the 2012 London Olympic Stadium, and downsized them for interior use with their QuARTz by ACO linear shower drains.  Linear shower drains for home use are one of the neatest innovations in recent years.  They are stylish, sleek, attractive to look at and easy to clean.  Now they light up too!
