3form Puts Stripes on The Horizon

Remember the line from Jerry McGuire, “…you had me at hello…”?  When I first saw a pic of 100 percent LineUp by 3form they had me.  Stripes on a horizontal surface?  Oooh, the possibilities.  I’ve been looking for a project to use it on! This solid surface material made entirely from post-consumer recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), aka recycled packaging materials.  So not only is it green, it’s green – ya know all those sustainability LEED credit thingys.  There are additional features of 100 percent, besides the charming name:

• Highly durable
• Chemical resistant = easy to clean
• Easy to fabricate – edge details can be cut on site with a router (contractors will love this)
• UV stable – think outdoor kitchen 🙂
• Way cool

The 1 inch thick LineUp comes in both longitude and latitude, vertical and horizontal in three colors.  But if stripes are just too hip in your universe 3form also has base (solid) colors as well as a speckled version called blend.  Imagine the possibilities.Nothing gets a designer more exited than a new material to bring to their clients.  Gone are the days of wanting to look like the neighbor, thank you very much.  This is the perfect product to make your space personal.  Call me if you want to create something special.
