Bring The Bounty of Spring Inside Your Home

La, la, la, spring is almost here.  The days are longer, what sun we see is brighter and the anticipation of the unfurling of all those pretty blooms and leaves awakens our senses.  People smile more as spring approaches.  Hmmm, maybe it has to do with the bounty of color about to explode… which got me to thinking.  Why not inject a bit of spring into our interiors. Christian Lacroix wallpaperThis wallpaper from Christian Lacroix for Designer’s Guild practically stopped me in my tracks the other day at the Design Center.  With a bounty of colors to scheme from, this is a perfect color key to inspire a springtime interior makeover, yet it allows colors which work year around.   Would look fantastic in a hallway.  Wait, my office needs some wallpaper…   Mauel Canovas Jardin BleuContinuing with the butterfly theme, perhaps something a bit more organized would work for you.  For anyone who loves classic blue and white porcelain, Manuel Canovas has got you covered, literally.  OMG, this fabric just oozes happy color scheme options.  New drapery would make a dining room rock. Duralee fabricWhimsical birds, happy florals and again with the butterflies.  Duralee  fabric provides a recipe for a happy interior all one has to do is follow it. 🙂  I’m thinking statement chair, or two.  Pierre Frey Jardins Fabric (800x782)Would you like a more ethereal look?  Heavy on the grassy greens and watery blues, this Pierre Frey fabric will allow you to have your own “impressionist” work of interior art.  Sorry but for this one I’ve got to say sofa.

There you have it.  I’ve taken you from a very tight fanciful wallpaper to an impressionistic fabric covering all the spring greens.  How are you going to put some spring into your interior this season?  If you need help, you know can always hire me. Lisa sig
