Colorful Grown-Up Furniture To Make a Statement

Do you ever get tired of looking at kid’s stuff and wondering why don’t they make that for me?  I’d like to introduce you to some great colorful furniture for grown-ups.  One of my favorite companies who get it right from the first look is a New York company called Dune.   Now don’t just assume it is all edgy and too modern for you… wait until you scroll down to the sofa.

Used sparingly a colorful piece of furniture can make a great statement in a room.  These are pieces which function as the room’s star, everything else is quieter.  What makes these wonderful is their simple lines and lack of embellishment or pattern.

Dune is a neat American company.  They work diligently with designers to create wonderful contemporary furnishings.  They pride themselves in not being another company engaged in mass production.  Thank you!  What I find really special is usability and comfort is not sacrificed for design and design isn’t sacrificed for making a product relevant.  Be sure to check out their website for dressers, shelves and tables too.  If you are going to sit on it or use it on a daily basis it has to be well made and it might as well look good too.
