What? You didn’t know I have my own color? I do, literally and figuratively. But this isn’t a post about color, it is about cars… and me. These are cars, some vintage some current, all cool and entirely appropriate if you were after a gift. A gift? For me silly, its my birthday and hey if one doesn’t put it out there in the universe…
My one rule for vintage, it must be older than me – a 1961 Porsche 356 will work.
Just so you know, a gift does not equate the possession of an object – just a ride on one of these would be fine.
Oh but nothing would would beat a ride (it doesn’t even have to be at speed) in this 1962 Ferrari GTO – better than diamonds.
Wait, just to clarify – in terms of a gift, a ride is suitable in vintage or Bugatti only. If I’ve already driven it, and other current models, the car shown would be suitable for my collection.
Not just stuck on Ferrari’s, this Pierce Arrow Limo is kinda gorgeous.
French Blue, Lisa Blue – no quibbling, it is my birthday and I like a Type 35.
Since this is one of three Graber bodied Duesenbergs ever made and the only one still in existence, just around the block would do.
I believe in options, Lotus Evora or Bugatti Veyron, it isn’t about the money. Stop me at the Cavallino Classic, The Quail or Pebble Beach – I’ll make the time, the ride or gift doesn’t have to me on my birthday..
